How we source natures treasures by hand

01

Where they're found

Deep in the Finnish forests near the Arctic Circle — clean air, wild ground, and berries growing right where nature dropped them. The same wild north we've sourced from since 1910.

02

How we pick them

Hand-picked, the way it's been done for over a century. Under Finland's everyman's right, foragers take only what the wild season gives — nothing forced, nothing rushed.

03

What happens next?

Within hours of picking, the whole berry is pressed — skin, seeds and flesh together, nothing extracted. Then sealed straight into single cups that keep for months: no added sugar, no water, no preservatives.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything worth knowing — answered.

Still curious?

What's actually in it?

As much whole wild berry as we can fit. The berries are washed, crushed whole — seeds, skin, flesh — and that's it. No added water, no concentrates, no fillers. Just berry.

None. The product is preserved by its own natural acidity and sealed under nitrogen. No additives, no stabilisers.

No. The sweetness comes entirely from the fruit. Wild Nordic berries have a naturally complex, sweet-tart flavour.

Not at all. Juice removes the fibre, skin, and seeds — everything that carries the polyphenols and anthocyanins. We crush the whole berry and leave everything in.

Wild berries are naturally sweet — especially bilberries, which have high levels of fructose and flavonoids. Nothing added.

Before opening, no — the sealed cup is shelf-stable. After opening, yes — refrigerate and consume within 24 hours.

Cold chain logistics for fresh, un-preserved product from Finland cost what they cost. We price shipping at cost, never as a margin line.
